For the United Kingdom, we offer one delivery service:
A Free UK Standard Delivery service which takes 2-3 working days and is shipped by Evri.
With ongoing Royal Mail strikes having a significant knock-on effect to courier company services, whilst we would like to guarantee delivery times, at particularly busy times, we are unable to do so and the 2-3 working days free delivery may and is likely to take longer.

We do not currently ship outside of the UK.
Can I track my delivery?
All deliveries are trackable and will require a signature at the final destination. You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking link when your order leaves our warehouse.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We're pretty quick at picking and packing your order, therefore we're not able to change or cancel your order once your purchase has been confirmed. If you change your mind, you can return the order to us for a refund or an exchange.
Can I change my delivery address?
Once your order has been confirmed we are unable to change your delivery address due to security reasons. We advise that you make sure all details are correct before processing your order.
I have a problem with my delivery.
When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email along with a link to be able to fully track your order once the order has been received by the local processing hub (this can typically be a few hours after your order leaves our warehouse). You can then track your order through to delivery. Should you have a problem, give the Customer Care team a call on +44 (0)800 2545 118 Monday to Thursday between 9am and 5pm and between 9am and 4pm on a Friday.
I have received the wrong product.
In the unlikely event that the team have sent you the wrong product or colour, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a description of the wrong contents.
UK deliveries are usually made within 2 to 3 working days of your order being placed.
I have a faulty/damaged item(s).
If you have received damaged goods then you must notify us within 3 working days of receiving the goods. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty then please contact our Customer Care team by email who will discuss your return options. The email address is email@example.com
Please check the product(s) carefully upon receipt and before use.
Any cosmetic imperfections on your product need to be reported to us no later than 3 working days of receiving the goods.
