Our aim is to ensure that you are satisfied with every purchase; therefore, should you feel it necessary to return an item, we will ensure it is dealt with as soon as practically possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights. This returns policy relates to all products bought from this website www.funkyappliance.co
It is important that you retain the original receipt of proof of purchase. Staple your receipt to this User Guide for future reference. In the event that your product develops a fault, you should return it to the place of purchase.
We will respond by email to your query within 24 hours, Monday to Friday during working hours.
RECEIVING YOUR PRODUCT
Upon receipt of your product, please check it carefully and notify us by email firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days if you have received a damaged product or an incorrect item.
Please take immediate photos of any possible damage including damage to the box and the product itself.
We will require your full name, order number and a description of the issue.
RETURNING NON-FAULTY PRODUCT(S)
If you have received product that is not the right size or colour or you have changed your mind and wish to return it, please contact us at email@example.com within 30 days, quoting your full name, order number and a description of the issue. We will inform you of the next steps by email. The right to cancel must be exercised on or before the end of the thirtieth day, following delivery of the goods. If you purchased the product from another retailer in the UK or Ireland, please contact them first to discuss a return or refund within their return terms and conditions.
The cost of returning a non-faulty product will be your responsibility. Goods will be returned at your risk and deemed returned once we have actually received them. When returning your product to us, we would recommend using a trackable shipping service, otherwise we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To qualify for a refund the product must be unused and in its original packaging with instructions. We reserve the right to refuse to accept the return of goods that have been used. We are unable to process a return if there is no proof of purchase.
When your return arrives at our Returns Centre, the processing time for the return to be inspected and then booked in is 3 working days.When your return is booked back onto our system and is cleared by our Returns Centre for either an exchange or refund, the refund will be processed at this point.
Customers will be entitled to a full refund of the price minus a handling fee of £7.50 which covers the costs of the original delivery cost to you and the time needed to process the return.
The refund will be paid to the original method of payment (less any deductions made in accordance with the points above). Refunds can take up to 10 days to be received in your account.
If it is found that the goods have been used and are no longer in original condition, you will be liable for any reduction in value of the product, up to 50% depending on the condition of the product. This means that the refund amount will be proportionally reduced in line with the condition of the returned product.

RETURNING DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCT(S)
If you are not satisfied that your product is working properly, in the first instance please look at the FAQs on our website https://www.funkyappliance.co/pages/faqs to see whether the problem can be resolved.
If the issue persists or if the product is defective and it is within the 2-year warranty period (the guarantee on the item is calculated from the original purchase date), then please contact us at email@example.com quoting the order number and your full name and we will advise you of the next steps. If you purchased the product from another retailer in the UK or Ireland then please contact them first to discuss a return or refund, within their return terms and conditions. Subject to the exclusions cited in the product's user guide, the faulty appliance will either be repaired or replaced as appropriate. In either case, repair or replacement, the guarantee on the item will be calculated from the original purchase date.
Should you need to return a damaged or defective product to us, the postage will be reimbursed once we are in receipt of the product and we have confirmed that the product is defective or damaged (through no fault of the customer). Further details will be issued to you via firstname.lastname@example.org with regard to returning the product and which courier service we would recommend.
Please be aware that courier delivery times may be affected by Royal Mail postal strikes. We thank you for your patience if you experience a delay in receiving your product.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
When we process a refund which is received at our Returns Department, you will automatically receive an email confirmation. If you haven’t received a confirmation email and you think you should have done by now, then please contact us by email: firstname.lastname@example.org
If you have received a confirmation email, but the refund isn’t yet showing on your card or in your bank account, then please contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund shows in your account or on your card.

If your product was bought whilst on sale, any refund would be for the sale price and not the original retail price.
